We have tamed time and timber to ennoble our spirits, and now we apply that same mastery to coffee through the barrel-aged method.
How the magic happens:
We rigorously select 100% Arabica beans of the highest quality.
The secret lies in patience: immediately after our award-winning cachaças are decanted, the beans are placed to rest in those very same Amburana barrels for up to 42 days.
This is the barrel-aged method at its peak. During this rest, the coffee "breathes" the aromatic compounds steeped in the noble wood. Alcohol-free, yet full of essence: the bean slowly absorbs the soul of the wood and the DNA of the spirit, resulting in a complexity unprecedented in the world.
